Constructively Managing Conflicts

In this 3-day, highly-interactive training, participants will identify multiple possible responses to conflict, better understand their own typical response, and practice managing challenging scenarios and dynamics that are recurring and uncomfortable. Participants will build their communication skills to support constructive and respectful interactions. Each day’s content builds on the prior day’s learning so registration and participation in all 3 days is required.
